                        Das Teil heißt Frontschürze,- spoiler, -lippe oder auch -stoßstange. Der Milch- bzw. Ölkühler sitzt dahinter.

                        Well ...it is not a step as the car is not high enough to need one!

                        Could it be a seat for naughty children so you can scare them into being good?

                        It would be fun to have the gas tank there he he!

                        I like Moorhuhn's idea of it being a magnet as this would show absolute genius by it's inventor as you could attach to faster cars for more speed and also save on fuel ...mmm! Now that's a good idea for long GTL races
