Hiho,
Have you checked under Configuration/Settings/Other to see if the Force p2p option is checked? If so, please remove it and restart the updater. And remove all archive files as described above. This is how I got someone else to run it last night. No idea why this doesn't work for you. If necessary, just download and install manually.

selber Fehler bei mir. Manueller Download hat aber geholfen.
had the same Problem, but manually download and install worked.
