Mainz Finthen 1989 GTL V1.0

This amazing virtual version of Mainz Finthen was build from scratch for rF by *Com8*.

As a big offer to all of us GTL lovers he gave me permission to convert his wonderfull tracks to GTL.

Mainz Finthen Airport (German: Flugplatz Mainz-Finthen) is an airport in Germany,
located about 3 miles southwest of Mainz; approximately 320 miles southwest of Berlin.
The airport serves the general aviation community, with no commercial airline service available.
There are also a large number of sailplanes at the airfield.
The airport operator is holding Flugplatz Mainz Betriebsgesellschaft mbH on
behalf of the former operator of the Mainz Aviation Club.
The airfield was regularly used for motor sport events.
In 1964, the International HMSC airfield race took place.
The formula 3 held here in 1967 a race on a 2.1 km stretch.
The German Racing Championship guested from 1972 to 1983.
From 1984 to 1990 the DTM took place here.

KNOWN ISSUES:

If you're having FPS issues pls. reduce shadow quality and/or
remove animated marshals (salzburgring.ani)

Die Strecke ist i.O.

Aber:
Wie ist das mit der Box. Ist das nicht alles ein bischen eng und kurz? In einem Event mit 30 Leuten gibt das bestimmt brocken.

ich freue mich über die Streck sehr. Habe eine Bekannte in Finthen war mit ihr auch schon mal dort aber nur nachts. wenn ich mal wieder bei ihr bin mache ich mal fotos zum verglrich.
