                        Hi,
                        I was wondering if you could help some one new to online. I have been playing for a couple of weeks and it's amazing here at bude. However the only way I can chat to any of you is when I am not driving. I would like to be able to say hi, sorry, no problems etc when I am out driving - how do you guys do it? Thanks for any help.

                        Hi Rusty,

                        if you look at the options-menue -> Multiplayer, you can edit some sentences (e.g. Hi, Sorry, np, out of my way, etc.) and assign them to keys or buttons. Caution: do not assign them to the cursor-keys, as you need them during pit-stop at events.

                        you can always chat from track by pressing "c", which opens the chat window.
                        preferably you customize your keys with presets, in the ingame preferences "multiplayer" you can edit the shortcuts 1-9 with short messages, and can even put these shortcuts on steering wheel buttons. hope it is not too confusing. cheers - R Sr
