the Game supports "Direct X Force Feedback" functionality
Maybe you don´t have the correct Driver installed
You can download the driver on the Fanatec Website
here
Or you forget to activate the FFB in the Settingsmenu inside the game.
I drive with the same Wheel and i don´t have Problems.
The Force Feedback works very well.
