I was at the race where the incident took place and as soon as I heard of the complaint from Alucard I said that I would check out the replay.

The accident was no more than a racing incident as Alucard had gone onto the grass and rejoined behind a car. Pololo was following that car and ready to pass it.

Look from Pololo's view and you will see that he cannot see you rejoin, therefore he didn't know you were there at all and that is why he didn't say sorry or wait.
