help please

Installed GTL and logged on the `bude after many years away

New G29 wheel, pedals & shifter which I struggle to set up, can I ask for advice to fault find or fix please

1. It lists `Force Racing Wheel` in menu not G29?
2. Must re-map Clutch & Brake pedals everytime I play?
3. Cannot map Reverse, 5th or 6th gears?
4. steering ratio is not 1:1

My system
-Win 10 200
-GTL via Steam
-Logitech game hub s/w 9.02.65

first of all, I would not use the ghub software, but the old Logitech gaming software. In my opinion, it runs much better with the G29. You can find software at Logitech under G29 Show all downloads. And then this Youtube video could help you, but unfortunately it is in German

Hi,

i used a G29 wheels many years with GTL.

What Micha said, is correct, this G-Hub Software is bullshit.

1. The G29 is not listed ingame. I used the setting MS Sindwinder Wheel and marked the box "effects inverted"

2.Once binded correct, the controls have not to be set again when launching the game.

3. Gears 5 and 6 are not supported directly, a tool like xpadder makes this possible, you a lot of infos on youtube.
With xpadder you can bind all keyboard commands to a wheel button.
Problems with the reverse gear i have never heard of, no ideal.

4. The probs of the steering ratio may be caused by a not correct binding of the wheel ingame.
