how can I join the race weekend? 10 Years, 5 Months ago

during the week all have access to the servers and tracks, but I would like to participate in your events "official" on Sundays, however the servers require a password to login...I not know much about things like teamspeack etc ...
so can someone tell me how works the processe to "join" on these servers on Sundays?
