AutoUpdater says all downloads are finished and game is ready to play. However, whenever I start AutoUpdater after that, it keeps telling me there are downloads available and will begin download some content. Then, AutoUpdater will attempt to download but it will keep saying the download ticket is incorrect (it isn't). After restarting it once or twice, the downloads will finally resume. Then, when the downloads are complete, AutoUpdater will once again say that the game is ready to play. But then, when I start AutoUpdater again, it will again tell me that there are downloads available. It will then start downloading the new files (sometimes just a few), and the entire process I described above starts all over again.

Why does it keep saying all the downloads are complete and the game is ready to play but then, when I start AutoUpdater, it always tells me there are files again to download and then it has to download some more files again? Why is it saying the downloads are completed and the game is ready to play if it is not???

Good morning, could you please list some of the downloads that keep restarting? Otherwise, as I've mentioned several times before, the auto-updater unfortunately no longer works without errors.
And have you tried simply launching the game (not through the updater) to see if it works?

Every time downloads are finished and the game is ready to play, the next time I open autoupdater, it says there are more files I need to download/update. Every time this happens, the new files to download are different. Yes, I can start the game but how do I know everything is downloaded? Every time I open autoupdater, it makes me download more files even though it told me all files complete and that the game is ready to play on the previous time the program was open.

Why don't you just try to see if you can connect to the servers? I understand the problem, but unfortunately we don't have anyone left who could or would take care of it.
And a few screenshots of the various files would be very helpful.

AutoUpdater now says that there are no new files when I start it therefore it seems as if it is truly finished this time.

The files it downloads are different each time.

I think what was happening before is that some content had to be updated multiple times. For example:
After all the content is updated and AutoUpdater says "ready to play", you must fully close and restart AutoUpdater to check for anymore updates. Then, it will find more updates. Then, when those newer updates have finished downloading, you must once again fully close and restart AutoUpdater. It will then check for more updates and then download those. After repeating this procedure a few times (around 3 to 6 times, I can't remember exactly), AutoUpdater will finally truly finish.

If you don't repeat that process around 3-6 times, then you will have missing files or old versions of files and you won't know it until the next time you open/start AutoUpdater, at least that's what seemed to happen with me.

Now, every time I check and every time I open AutoUpdater, it says "no new files" so now all the downloads/updates seem to truly, finally be completed

Im having a similar issue.

I have those repeated steps, its says its done but there are still more to download.

I think due to this I cant join the altbierbude servers which start on Zandvoort, "Track not installed". but I can play it in single player, and host zandvoort.

however lately, its just stopped downloading everything.
Ive tried reinstalling the autoupdater to no fix.

I will try the python 2.0 fix above.
but that is my situation as it stands.

I activated FTP-Download for you until the end of August.

In this case you can download all content faster and more stable.

Please check your "Autoupdater" again.

At "Einstellungen" (Settings) please uncheck "Peer-to-peer erzwingen" (Enforce peer to peer). All other checkboxes should be marked.

Then restart Autoupdater and have a look to bottom line, if there will be indicated now "Verbleibende FTP-Tage" (Remaining FTP days) everything should be download automatically and faster.
