I reinstalled my GTL , got a disc with key and
all i need,,
Yes i cant play multiplayer, tried to read all
solution but no no no no it wont work for me

Its always cold not connect to server ....

I got XP home edition , i can drive GTR2 on-line
no problem here.

Isit firewall, isit the router what isit!!!!

Please explane to me again how i get multi-
player working again "PLEASE"

Hi Nils,

Welcome to the Bude!!

Did you install the 1.1 update patch? If you didn't then this is the most likely cause. Download it from here and insatll it: http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php? filenr=776

If you already had it installed then open your Firewall and see if GTL Legends is there in the Exceptions

If it is not there then press on Add Program and add GTL. Now load GTL up and try to get online.

If it is there and the box next to it is ticked then your Firewall connection is OK.

When you try to join online do you get any messages?

Have you installed and used the Autoupdater?

For us to help you we need to know as much as possible about what happens when you try to go online.

I downloaded the autoupdate and created
a folder "Autoupdate"
When I click icons a get to the homepage

Hi again Nils,

Yes the Autoupdater should fix that problem.

If it doesn't, then make a note of which track you have a problem with and download the track manually and install.

Download tracks manually from Bude Home Page/Reporter/Racing Circus.

Donington is a Default track... it comes with the GTL game.

It sounds like you need to reinstall GTL!!!


With GTL starforce.
1... Use the uninstall feature on the GTL disc... DO NOT UNINSTALL any other way.

2... Reinstall the game with the GTL disc.

3... Install the 1.1 patch.


With the CBS no disc version.
1... Delete the 4 .exe files from the GTL folder.

2... Reinstall the game.

Well still got problems!!!!

I can join in to multiplayer
but when i join a game my picture
just wont be stable.

When in the game the picture just
frozens. Could this be something
the firewall ore f-secure problems?

I have tried without firewll and f-secure
programs buts is the same.

Isit some settings that i shood changes??

I am running Vista Home, AMD 6000+,
4gb , 2x 8800 GTS 320mb (SLI)

Hi Nils,

I wouldn't think it has anything to do with your firewall. Maybe it has something to do with running 2 graphics cards... perhaps someone could help you with that.

I know nothing about Vista, but I believe a lot has been said recently on this topic which also affects you.

Yes, there is also an Autoupdater for the Pilsbierbude (GTR2), Bockbierbude (rFactor) & the Weisbiebude (Race07 & GTR Evo). See the left hand column Sistersites on the Bude home page

If you donate to the Bude through PayPal and say which games and sites of the ones mentioned above that you are a member of, then you will get all downloads via the FTP server which is much faster than the Peer to Peer servers if you do not donate.

ich bekomme bei Pitstop nichts mehr angezeigt, es wird nichts innerviert, kein Menu einfach nix. Im Optionsmenu und PLR ist alles auf manuell aber es erklaert mir nicht, warum da nichts mehr passiert.
Vielleicht weiss jemand von Euch rat?

Hi Ralfy,

Does the problem happen when you enter the pits and pull into your pitstop, then a clipboard is shown?

To navigate the board you must use the left/right arrow keys to choose what you want and the up/down arrow keys to go up or down the menu.

When you have made all of your decisions then press the <Return> key.

If you only go in for a Stop/Go penalty then press the <Return> key as soon as the clipboard shows and this starts the 10 second penalty countdown. During this stop the fuel, tyre and repairs are disabled.

Beim Boxenstopp musst Du richtig zum Boxenmännchen stehen.
Nicht zu weit weg, nicht zu nah dran.
Kann man alles im Training oder Qualifying testen.

Nein, habe hunderte von Boxenstopps hinter mir, bei allen Simbin Spielen. Es scheint ich hab die PLR Datei so manualisiert, dass ueberhaupt nichts mehr passiert.

edit: "Commands backward" as we in Germany say..
habe saemtliche PLRs verglichen, nichts entsprechendes gefunden. Aber gerade mal ein offline Rennen getestet und ja, Lowspeed, hast recht. Man muss viel weiter weg vom Pitmaennchen zu Stehen kommen, als in den anderen Sims.
