war ein schönes Rennen - habe zwischen den beiden Fords geschwankt - der Capri lag mit meinem Setup besser in den Kurven also ran.

Typischer Chaosstart für Hockenheim - diesmal hatte ich Glück und konnte in den ersten beiden Runden von Stsrtplatz 11 auf P7 vorfahren. Es wurde schnell klar das die Porsches nicht die schnellsten waren aber nen Tankvorteil hatten. Nach dem 1. Tankstop nur Porsches vor mir aber nach 11 Runden ca. mussten sie auch rein - wow bis auf P3 vorgefahren. Nach Stop 2 Kampf mit Massimo um P7 und 8 - leider verloren. Und dann bei Stop 3 nicht aufgepasst und am Eingang zur Boxengasse gegen die Mauer gefahren - Mist. An der ersten Schikane dann nur geradeaus gebremst Kiste verbogen 3. Cut und S/G - trotzdem noch auf P8 und mich langsam fahrend vor Hausmeister ins Ziel gerettet - puh

Gutes Rennen. Keine Praxis aber P7 am Ende, sehr zufrieden. ein Ausrutscher und weiter konservativ gefahren weil man die Limits nicht kennt. War schoen um wiege zu jagen aber am Ende war er immer zu schnell
Hut ab für Oso, mit Controller! Um dann diese Zeiten zu fahren....

Von P6 gestartet und dann mal wieder zu viele Fehler gemacht. Dickes Sorry an Manfred Haupenthal. Mein Verbremser hat mich mein Rennen und Ihm wohl den Sieg gekostet. Hab dann zu spät in meinen Rhythmus gefunden. Knapper Zwölfter am Ende.

What a tough race it was! I totally messed up the qualifying and started P7, so it was clearly that a tough evening is about to come...

At the start i was like a torpedo, going up to P2 after the first corner, but unfortunately the commentary this time made me a bad favor. I totally forgot to brake to the last chicane, and lap later i went to the grass, and the back of the car has made a slip.

At the first two pit stops i had to wait for RDjango to make his pit stop because i was in his box So more time wasted...

After all i had decent pace maybe to fight for podium finish, but after i went to P4 just few laps before the end i made a stupid mistake and cut the track for the third time, giving me 10 seconds stop/go penalty. So at the end P6 for me.

Did you know you can slowly push the other guy out of the way so both get service? It's a common thing in GTL.
