My online Key dosn't work any more 13 Years, 3 Months ago

Hi hopefully you can help me, I havn't played GTL for a while, but when I went to play online it wouldnt connect. I have 2 copies of GTL so my freind and I can play online together, one of the online key works, but the other one won't?
Can you help me work out why.

Hi I put the online key in and then when I go to connect, it says it cant log on. yet if I take the key out and put in my other key using the same user name and password it works. seems to be a problem using that online key, it work a few years ago?The reason I have two keys is for my freind to use to race against me.

Only the key you have registrated with work. For using another key you have to registrate again.
