I am English and cannot read or speak German but use Google to translate (sometimes it does it very badly).
With you being new to GTL and the Forums may I suggest the Bude's own 'Rookie Club' which you can find on the Forum. The Club also runs a weekly on-line training session on a Wednesday Evening from 8.30 CET for newcomers. The Club is still very new and learning itself and any input would be helpful.
If you have just bought the game I would strongly suggest that you drive the off line races of GTL until you can at least drive and win amateur races and get to know how the cars handle. The racing on on-line GTL can be very competitive and not a place for a complete beginner.
If you have experience of this the next step before racing is to get to know the racing rules and manners if you do not know them. They are very much the same rules as in real motorsport.
