                  The Altbierbude servers (and offline practice with the difficulty set to 'Professional' ) forces all driving aids except Automatic Gearbox and Clutch off anyway, so really it doesn't matter what's set in the .plr file for all the driving aids as they are turned off on our servers.

                  One more thing: Recommended to disable autoclutch as the game accepts to keep accelerating while changing gears, and can gain you tenths per lap.
