                    And now I can't get online the normal way...

                    My host-file now just read:127.0.0.1 localhost www.gtl-server.net

                    Is that the problem. I mean it was something else there, when I deleted that line.
                    It's not my firewall. It's checked out.

                    I had a three days tour de force to get online again.
                    Why everything worked again in the end - I wish I could tell you,
                    but I really don´t know.
                    I hope any hints in this thread will help you.

                    Yes that is the problem line in your 'hosts' file.

                    This is the message that I received about it:
                    "Pls take a look at you c:\windows\system32\drivers\etcc\host file by using wordpad.
                    If it still contains the line:

                    127.0.0.1 localhost www.gtl-server.net

                    Simply delete this line.
                    This is the redirection of the lobby to your own machine (for the script).+

                    Pls check by running:
                    "nslookup www.gtl-server.net" in a command windows (start/run/cmd) if the resolved address is 81.3.59.61 again and everything is running well ..."

                    As soon as I followed these instructions I was able to get back on line.
