Thanks Manfred, fast ressults as allways.
Suggestion:
The rules are in jpg (picture) file, so its VERY difficult to translate for non german speakers (example Dimitar yesterday).
I could translate them because you shared your original PDF file so I was able to copy/paste in the translator.
So: suggestion its to put rules in German and English, or at least, when you click on "Regelwerk" open a real pdf with selectable words for paste into a translator.
BTW as I posted, I translated the rules in previous post:

Rules:
8 events are held to determine the champion.
Each event consists of 2 races, each about 30 minutes long, which are held in direct succession.
Run 1 is contested with selected vehicles from the TC-65 class, run 2 with vehicles from the GTC-65 class.
Both runs take place on the same route.
At the end of the championship, the race will have the worst possible points of the driver
deleted (not the entire event - only the individual run!).
9 vehicles are available for each class.
Wear and consumption will remain at 1. A pit stop should not be necessary, it can be heated.
Important!
Each vehicle may only be used once!
You are responsible for this, unfortunately it is not possible to choose a vehicle when you join the server
automatically monitor. It counts the vehicle with which you are racing.
In training and in qualy you can drive what you want.
If the race does not end (DNF / DQ) you can use the vehicle again.
Point rule:
The winner receives 100 points, the second receives 98 points etc.
Always 2 points less up to 50 place, these are the base points.
We have now devised a handicap system to enable an exciting championship.
To compensate for the different speed of the vehicles, each vehicle gets a factor
by which the base points are multiplied and then give the final score.
The fastest vehicle in each class receives a factor of 1.00 - if you win, you get 100 rating points.
A win with a weaker vehicle with e.g. Factor 1.2 then brings 120 points.
The result of the event is added up by adding the points of both runs.
We ask for leniency if the classification for you does not fit 100%.
Here are the vehicles with their handicap factors as well as routes and dates:
