keine Sorge, da ist was in Planung, 8h oder 12h fänd ich persönlich übrigens auch viel spannender, für 24h bin ich zu alt
Aber wie gesagt, sobald der Mod da ist bekommt er die verdiente Aufmerksamkeit, das Ding ist der Hammer.

well, as mentioned, the whole LMC mod public mod release completation stays on the final Porsche skins and tweaks now... here is the actual stage:

* Ferrari 330 P3/4 fully done
* Ferrari 330 P4 fully done
* Ferrari 330 412P fully done
* Ford Mark IV fully done
* Porsche 907 K fully done
* Porsche 907 LH unfinished
* Porsche 908 K fully done
* Porsche 908 LH unfinished
* Porsche 917 K unfinished
* Porsche 917 L unfinished

Ive decied to make all LMC skins bit dirty looking, also the main skin for the white cars is not a clean white color index now. the final skins are 2048x2048 pixel resolution.

also I think such visual solution fits better with Power and Glory original cars.

I do not dare to say the right X-mas day, even not any aprox date, still you may bet I am working on it each free time frame now

also, not sure if that is public known, but the LMC mod is some time already under testing right for ABB racingi - f you would accept such mod here

Since ABB is fond of a very old game we will wait until you think it's done man.

I would happily test the mod if ABB shows me how. Not sure if I can give good info but I will try. I raced GPL GTL GRR2 P&G and rF1 sofar and do so for about 15 years I think. I visited LeMans Classic 3 times, am a nut for carsounds, especially 3,6 and 12 cylinder engines (I call them Groups of three)

I think a bit more about ABB LMC could tell us deep-strike or someone else from test drive crew.

At Simjunkies Aurelien Hamart invented the LMC for (back then) rF and P&G combined.
Nowadays it's only rF and hosted by Old Drivers Spirit. http://lmc.old-drivers-spirit.fr/
22 races with 7 Grids, 45 minute races throughout 24 hours. If only we could do that for GTL.....that would be a dream come true. ABB has enough willing drivers to join the event. Teams can pack 4-5 drivers. We have, when LM Mod is ready, all the cars we need;
LM55
60's GT and touring cars
70's Gr4 and 5 and prototypes
80's DRM
90's Groupe6

I'm 100% sure Aurelien will help us get all the info we need. He is an expert and in real life organises classic rallyes in Marocco etc.

I heard some admins talking about the LMC-Tests ... they didn't sound "unlucky" with the mod at all.

When it is ready, i think all of us will appreciate ... some may not find "new" favourite cars amongst the LMC-mod ... but i guess all will catch fire.

The release will feel, like X-mas didn't feel since like decades

as to the favorite / unfavorite cars, a lot would depend on the sound and physics feeling, I guess.

eg. our incar LMC Ford Mk. IV. engine sound wasnt presented at any videorecord, may cause some heartattacks
