It is hard to judge all tracks without driving on them first with a car you can drift. As you get better you will find tracks that you thought were bad to race on are good to Drift on.

not a bad selection to start with, including some faster and slower corners. i didnt take the ones out i thought are rather incompatibe, but leave my thoughts about it behind yours gee.

Birmingham (delete, not impossible for drift but not really good either)
Brno (maybe too many straights)(yes, delete, too many)
Cadwell Park (ok for the british chaps here, since tiff needell likes to drift there too)
Dijon (a classic for drifting, all know the track, this ones in)
Goldenport (quite bumby, hard to keep gtc76 on road, but maybe fun with some falcons)
Goodwood (too many straights i thought, no? but maybe with shelby DC...naw take it out pls)
Hilltop Club Circuit
Hungaroring (not tried but a possibility) (should work nicely with falcons)
Lakeside (a bit harder, dunno, doesnt excite me to go sideways )

yes rally china indeed. sort of the top of the pie, since its very hard to go about sideways in style .but hell, its in!

ovals..hmm ovals. well the very long drift works of course, but you certainly need a shorter radius than to find on m10k or others. problem is, most shorter radius ovals have a great overhang - limiting the drift capabilities.
but we ll see, i ll check some out.

Personally I think Rally China would be a bad idea as the circuit is soooo hard to learn!

Only those who have had plenty of practice on it will do well or those just born to slide. Further to that is Drifting one lap on there will take an age, so how far do you have to Drift for and how hard is that going to be to work out for all, even 1 sector is a long long way.

We will not be able to try all the track suggestion so far on our first meeting, but, if you have the chance to try them off-line please give me your opinion.

I know the Sloppy Sausage Club is not yet organised but we are still trying find good tracks to use and I want every interested driver to be involved in that.

We still have a problem trying to decide how to run a competition as the program is not designed to support this and any suggestions are more than welcome. Until we have things in place we will just have to keep on finding the tracks but it is great fun doing that as we slip and slop the sausage.

i think nordschleife (tourist!) is godd to drift...
but its a bit to long and to fast...
but with the shelby daytona its possible...

Sorry to have taken so long to reply.

To get the best out of drifting you need to know the corners well enough. Unfortunately, Nordschleife in any form has too many corner. I am not saying it is impossible as I have tried there myself.

What you need are tracks like Toban which offers a variety of corners and a great flow.
