Hi guys,

When I enter a track choosing one of the cars from the LM55 class, online, or offline in practice mode, the game crashes to desktop after finishing loading the track.
It's not a track issue, because if I load another class, for example TC65, the track loads ok. But with the LM 55 class, it doesn't matter which car I choose, the game crashes just when the track is finishing to load, if in offline mode, or loading the first driver, if in online mode. There is a message window after the GTL window crashes to desktop saying "GT Legends found a problem and stopped working".

I already did a reinstallation with the auto-updater, but the problem remains. If I repeat the Reinstallation command, the same amount of files ( 411,5MB )are found again, as if the previous reinstallation had done nothing. Otherwise the game is fully up to date with autoupdater.


Any ideas for a fix without reinstalling the whole game? Thxs in advance for any ideas,

Hi Dracula,

as there are 4111MB ( 4,1GB ) to install, of wich all are already in your archive and nothing has to be downloaded, it looks like your problem persists for quite a long time yet. Your download-list even contents the Merc-collision-fix, which is really as old as the bude... I wonder why you haven't permanent loading-loops when entering the bude-races.

Just an idea: Start autoupdater and GTL with admin-rights or check if the autoupdater has write permissions for your GTL-folder. Looks like the autoupdater has the files, but is unable to bring them inside the game. Another idea is checking the paths in autoupdater...

The files that autoupdater shows as missing are in the game folder. The problem with autoupdater is that I press yes to reinstall and all is normal, the autoupdater copys the files from my backup folder to the game folder. But after that I press Reinstallation and it shows me the same files missing again...but they are in the game folder already.
Ayway, this would not be important if it wasn't for the problem I have in the first place loading the LM55 class cars. I already downloaded and installed the the Maserati manualy, but nothing changes...

reinstall means re-install all files, so its allright to see all files to install and 0 files for download.

Perhaps one or more downloaded files of the lm55 is corrupt you can delete them from the updatefolder and start the autoupdater or download them manually.

Also you should test your hd - often we had mistakes because of defect hds.

And third you can rename your gtl-folder, install gtl from scratch and let the autoupdater do his work. You get a fresh installation and you can copy your profile and so on from the renamed folder.

I think I found the problem, only no idea of what caused it. I found my LM55 folder in C:\Program Files\SimBin\GT Legends\UserData\GameData\Teams, instead of beeing in the correct place C:\Program Files\SimBin\GT Legends\GameData\Teams.
Autoupdater is running as I write making another reinstallation; as soon as it ends I will put the LM55 folder in the right pkace and see what happens.
