What is the anti-decommexion patch for? I downloaded and ran it and now cannot connect to online games.

pleae uninstall this patch.
this patch is only for the situation when the gtl-lobby is offline. then you can installt it and connect over lan to the server.
but for now it is not working and you are not able to connect to the online-lobby over internet.

It looks like I killed my server connection. I un installed the patch deleted all cookies and internet cache, flushed my DNS and reset my DHCP and DNS servers using Ipconfig but I keep getting the error "could not connect to server". I restarted my computer also. Any further recommendations?

you need to clean your " c:\windows\system32\driver\etc\hosts"
open the hosts-file with text editor and delete all lines. that should work

but make a backup copy
