Seems only with the bude servers I get booted and CTD when some ppl join the race. If I try to rejion the race, same thing - CTD. Very annoying, and takes the fun out of racing on these serves.

Any suggestions?

Do you have installed all cars and tracks and do you get an error message?

Please add ".../.../GTL.exe -trace=30" on the target under properties on your GTL-desktop-symbol and post the trace.txt located in your UserData/LOG folder directly after a CTD....

you have to install all cars (and tracks), preferably with the autoupdater of the altbierbude....

There have been no error messages, just CTD. I should have all tracks loaded, but definetely not the cars.
So do I then understand correctly that if someone joins a race I am already in and that driver has cars loaded I don't, then I will CTD?

First of all you have to download all cars and tracks to take part in online racing on the Altbierbude.
Normally you get an infinite loop when someone joins with a car you haven't downloaded yet but even so this could be your problem. So get the cars and see what is going on.

Okay, just to make sure... when you say load all cars, does that mean like BMW 320 or does that mean BMW and all the mods?

You need all mods and cars and also all tracks from this page to join our servers.

And please have a look if you have this file "ABARTH_1000TC_OBJ.GTL" in your Abarth folder. If not you're GTL is missing some original files and you should install the game again.

Well, I have the file in the Abarth folder so am not sure what that is all about. Except that I just got a loop when someone joined with a Jag Mk II mod, but GTL showed they had a Capri V8. Assuming that GTL saw the modded Jag as a Capri somehow. Maybe that is what happened, someone joined with a modded car and GTL thought it was a Abarth?

Will have to carve out some time for the auto updater I suppose.

Do you tried a new installation of GTL? If not do so and after installing GTL run the Autoupdater and your problem should be solved.
