Hi again, I am having a few more difficulties.

I keep getting Login Failed: General Error. I then need to re -register (in game).
I then receive wrong cd code message. I must restart game to put in CD code again.
I am required to do this every time for multiplayer.

When i do make it to the lobby and i have joined a session, i get to the track to be booted back to lobby or back to the desktop.

When i have made it to a track, I am only given a mini to drive regardless of the car i choose?

I suddenly had that issue a few years back too, try backing up your UserData folder in the GTL directory and then deleting your profile in-game.
Make a new profile (same name) and after this you can copy/paste the backed up Settings folder (if you had any setups there) and your .plr file into the newly created profile and overwrite - however I do believe when I did this I then left the fields 'Online UserName' & 'Online Password' in the .plr (open/edit with Notepad) empty since your old lobby account will need to be deleted (again ) for you to re-register with the "new" profile.

Hopefully that works for you as it did for me.

I owe some people an apology. Apparently i was being booted from games because my car classes were not updated and was causing grief to people. I thought they were done.
