congratulations to new world champion kimi räikkönen. fantastic championchip final and dramatic position fights. but congratulations to fernando alonso and lewis hammilton, they did their job very well, too. thanks to felipe massa for his help for kimi to win this championchip and ferrari to win the construction championchip.

Yeah, congratulations to Kimmy, about time his lucked changed for the better ...well deserved. A great shame for Hamilton but he is young and to come 2nd in the championship is still fantastic.

Ferrari? They need a good slap! They have got away with all sorts of cheating for a heck of a long time now. Alonso? Give him a big slap as well, what childish behaviour from them.

sorry, but I don't understand the headline!? Why "F1 Clowns"?

At first really I would like to congratulate Kimi about winning the F1-Drivers-Championship!!


Especially as you know I'm really a fan of BMW (see my avatar), but Kimi is the only dignified Champion!!


On my opinion it was a great season! It seems nobody missed Michael (Schumacher), because Lewis (Hamilton) is the talented Driver I have ever seen!!

Not to forgot other driver like Kovalainen, Rosberg, Sutil, or others which i didn't name here!


Regarding the headline, I think McLaren-Mercedes are the "F1-Clowns", because now they try to get the Drivers-Championship at FIAs "green table"!! So they are the poor loosers at this season


It would be more honourable if they accept their defeat!!


I know, not all teams are competitive, but I hope BMW will be able to be more competitive to Ferrari and McLaren-Mercedes next year! (I'm sorry, but I'm german )

All teams since the dawn of motor racing have spied on each other and probably cheated in some way, why did Ferrari suddenly think they are above all other teams?

F1 Clowns ...Ferrari and the FIA ...look no further.

The FIA will always be clowns as long as Max Mosely and his colleagues run it.

yes, you are right!!!! (I wouldn't anger you!)

Sorry. but I didn't remember this case at this moment as I wrote my comment (because I'm (badly) happy that "Mercedes" didn't got the Trophy)!!
I wouldn't start a discussion about which is the "best or more fair" team!?

The problem (I think) is, that every F1-Team is trying to get its advantage from mistakes about competitors!?

So (for the future) the motto must be (in my personally opinion):
The best "DRIVER" should win such a Campionship, not the best "Attorney-at-law"

Maybe a solution like "Indycar-Championship" will be the better way to find out who is the best driver (same chassis for all drivers, only less modifications are allowed on engines)!?!?
Maybe this could be the future also for Formula 1!!!(???)

So in this case, lets stop discussion (about best drivers and teams) immediatly, because the topic above was/is my personel position!

as we all know, F1 is driven by money - drivers get cockpits by their worth for marketing and not because they´re good drivers.

A real race driver, most of us know him , told me, that if there was one chinese guy who could keep a F1 on track, he would get a cockpit immediately - because of the chinese market...

On sundays i watch the F1 start; after 5 laps i fall asleep and wake up for the finish. Mostly nothing has changed since the first laps...

Sooo boooooring...

We all have our own opinions and I do not get upset by it.

I really hope that Kimi is able to keep the championship as he is a great F1 driver and does deserve the title. Lewis Hamilton has done fantastically well and should be extremely proud to be second to Kimi. And Alonso is second only to his arse!

Like Nils (51!N) I find that F1 is so so boring.

The title of this thread should be amended to The FIA clowns.

And Nils your so right, if a fairly good Chinese driver emerges from the A1 Series then F1 will snap him up.
