What a great race for me.

From midfield, good start and just lucky to avoid T1 incident where many cars were involved.
Following Dieter and others but then the Ferraris of Silent and Blade came from the back and kept me occupied for laps and when the were by I had lost cpontact with Dieter.
gained places because people went off, lucky me.
But also because I didn't go off once and had just one cut.
Pitstop went ok, not too slow and then I met Oso again who blasted by. Wiege was also too fast and away. Then cam AGM and we actually had a good time in the curves. On the straights....no chance, haha.
6th place in the end, very proud of that with nothing under 2.40.3!

Not the best racing weekend for me, as i had lack of pace here. Started training just 30 minutes before the official practice session, but i didn't expected to have so many problems setting up the car as i drove it back at Old Hockenheim few months ago here.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to clean the understeer and this was the reason for my poor showing.

At the start everything went OK as i lost 1 position and was driving at P15. Right at the end of sector 2 i was hit by Lewis and had to wait for 10 drivers to pass me before rejoining the circuit. This meant that i was now in P29.

After some laps i was able to overtake some drivers and others made a mistakes so slowly but surely i climbed the standings.

I had an accident with Molleri at the box.I thought there is enough space between our cars and started to turn to my mechanics as there was no way i can now that my box is first. The game is showing only mine mechanics.

Fortunately i lost just few seconds and returned in P14 where i finished the race. I am sorry that in my opinion i have made the accident with Molleri, i hope there won't be bad feeling between us because of it. This things happen in racing and are not intentional.

It was great to be up against the usual suspects.
As said, wiege was too much for me but frankes couldn't close the gap of 10 seconds in the second stint, BERND was clearly faster in the Ferrari but got in trouble. The top 5 was in another class but it felt like I was best of the rest last night.
It takes no offs and no S&G to do it I'm sure.
It was another great display of combining 4 fantastic yet different cars . In the end all finished well.

I hope the new names I see on practice servers to join us soon in these races.
