Vorweg... fahrt da bloß nicht hin! Ich hab keinen Bock das nächste mal auf einer von Touristen überfluteten Insel zu landen

Mal im ernst! Es war herrlich! Wer es noch nicht kennt sollte es sich mal anschauen!

Nunja, da ich ja schonmal auf der großen Insel war und der GeeDee nicht weit weg war, wäre es wohl eine frechheit gewesen ihm nicht mal kurz Hallo zu sagen! Nach anfänglichen Technischen Problemen unserer Kommunikation hats dann aber doch geklappt! Eine sehr nette begegnung! Schön das wir uns mal live kennenlernen durften!

I´back from my 10 day vacation to Scotland! Advance ... Do not ride out there! I don´t want to see an island flooded by tourists the next time: evil:
Just joking! It was wonderful! Those who do not yet know it should look at it! Well, as I was now on the big island and GeeDee was not far away, it would be a shame, not even just to say hello! After first technical problems of our communication it works in the end! A very pleasant encounter! It was very nice to meet him!

Hope to see you again GeeDee! Perhaps i´ll travel to scotland with my family next year... who knows

Yup it was good to meet you at last and I think you brought the good weather with you... and you kindly let us keep hold of it as it is still pretty nice here!

Simon told me that when he arrived on this fair and pleasant land that he was flashed by a roadside camera just after leaving the ferry, he he! GTL lives!

Last year I was on a Scotland trip as well and we passed Gordon's area on our way from Hull to Edinburgh.
So I would have been pleased to meet our good friend from the Island.
Unfortunately is was a huge group on that trip and so there was no chance.
Take a look at the pictue and consider how your living room would have looked alike after our stay, hehe

The "Buy one get one at half price" was obviously aimed at us both with the difference in our size... we waited for a while but there were no takers. Probably my old age put any potential buyers off

He he, I do not think that all of your friends would have fit in my house let alone the sitting room! I'm not saying my house is small but the "Buy one get one at half price" may well be appropriate here also.

Shall I buy some more cups just in case of more visitors?
