Is that so? Well, today the ticket is 9195, and I can see that some people have downloaded files under that ticket, but no matter how many times I enter this number, the download refuses it. I've entered it from the keyboard, from the numpad, with my left hand and my right hand, it still isn't working. So doh!

(one day later) funny thing is, when I enter the ticket, hit enter, return is a blank textbox again, then I hit enter again with a blank box, the script started downloading. Something to do with keyscrambler maybe?

anyway, problem solved.
