BTB...
It is a nice software, but, without 3Dsimed You will be very limited...
-You can build a complete track with BTB, but You can not model even a cube with it.
-The models provided in the package are very poor in quality, so, You will have to find other means to "populate" Your track.
-The User Interface is very intuitive, compared to Max or other similar professional softwares.
-The cost of BTB is very affordable (+/- 50 Euro)
-If You are a beginner, and You don`t know nothing about modeling, BTB is the right choice
-Positioning objects, scaling, and rotating, is very approximative with BTB
-With BTB You can build only Tracks (nothing more than that!)
-Here a few video tutorials that should explane what You can do with BTB:
www.bobstrackbuilder.net/videos.aspx
-You can download a 15 days full working Demo of btb, so, give it a try, and see if it fits Your needs.
...
IMO, I vould suggest Max or Rhinoceros for building a quality track
...This is not a fact, It is just my opinion!
