You may or may not have noticed, but Altbierbude ran a TC65 server the other day that read "Corolla" in the server name.

Seeing this, I thought, Why not give the car a try out (having not driven it before).

I connected to the server, only to see that among 14 cars, mine was the only Corolla in the field.

One lap into practice, the abuse starts. "F..k Off" and then people start to Vote kick me...
Great!

Another person that could read, happened to join in with a Corolla, but still the abuse and kick requests kept coming my way.

Spent the next 10 minutes telling people that the server was named "Corolla", and it wasn't my damn fault that they diddn't have the thing installed.

They (about 5) finally got the idea into their thick heads, that the reason they were sitting in the pits and getting the "Loading", "Loading" thing over and over, was because they couldn't be bothered to read.

Would have been nice if at least one person said "sorry, my bad" before they disconnected.

GTL doesn't support "AddOn-Cars" for Online playing like GTR2 because of it's encrypted Classes.

Due to this issue we don't support AddOns currently until the "Classes-Issue" is sorted out.

We'll support the Addons (TR4, Corolla) as soon as the tecnical problems are sorted out.

Hi m8,

I saw a Corolla server a week or so ago but it was nothing to do with the Bude. The Bude does not have that car for download and they only run cars that you can download from their site.

As far as I am aware the Bude only has servers with the name &quot;www1.altbierbude.de&quot; or &quot;www2.altbierbude.de&quot; or &quot;www3.altbierbude.de&quot; or &quot;SloppySausageClub&quot;.

The only time a specific car is mentioned is on the Bude site itself and there have been no events for or including a Corolla from there at all.

Unfortunately what happens is that when you install cars that are not properly supported such as the this and the Renault 8, the Triumph TR4 etc., they show up on the cars of choice for the race you enter on-line but just because they are there does not mean you can race these . This is not the servers fault.

If you enter a race with a car that is not really in that race then you can cause all the other drivers to get an infinite loop problem so they cannot play the game properly.

Once you understand this you will see that the fault does not lie with the those drivers but with you not being aware of this problem.

So don't take to heart the next time a bunch of 'Hillbilly' drivers tell you go away, simply change your car to a legitimate add on for the site.

It was a &quot;Corolla&quot; server (was in the server Title).
It was supported, because the server was running the car, and 1 other player.

It just couldn't have been altb's server..

He he that's funny, at least you have the guts to come back on the forum and admit your mistake.

In my book, that makes you an OK guy and I hope that once you have taken your head from the sand or from up your own bum you will come back and race on the 'Bude' with 'Bude' downloaded vee-hayickles.

If you don't comeback then all I can say is 'misubud'!
