I'm not sure if you already know this or if this topic has already been discussed here but there is a Tweak/Overclock program named Afterburner for Windows XP/Vista/7 by MSI. It is designed to be used with MSI's video cards but is has wide compatibility with other brands too. There are many nice features including advanced fan speed control and in-game video capturing - no need to buy Fraps any more.

I haven't installed it on my computer yet but will give it a try in next couple of weeks. Let's see if it beats the current RivaTuner 2.24c.
