I've installed autoupload and yesterday all worked well. today i've tried to lunch autoupload to continue to download all files but it won't to work anymore.

I think is becouse of compatibility betwin WIN7 and PYTHON.

had someone already solved that problem?

theres no Problem with pythonw and windows 7 - if you got an errormessage just try to reinstall python and pythonw - so it should work.

but now I know that WIN7 is "innocent" I'll try to solve in a different way.

there are a lot of python-versions - hope you took the one from the Altbierbude - this works always with windows 7/64 and the autoupdater - I tried first other ones (64bit p.e.)and they didn't.

ok, i'm pretty desperate right now..

I've tryed 5 version of python..it doesen't work (first time it worked, after a reboot are begon the trouble), this is the error, if someone can

Please delete the python files and this folder:

C:\Users\Your_Profile\AppData\Roaming\Bierbuden Autoupdate\Altbierbude

and install all needed things again.

are youe sure that you have used only the versions from the Bude?

If yes - deinstall all (python,pythonw, autoupdater) and install it all again incl. deleting the Profile (B8man).

If this all doesn't help then I think there's a problem with your Win 7 - installation or perhaps with your harddisk.

i've downloaded all stuff from bude (i've just tryed other vers to cehck it out).

I'll install all in another PC and will try to do the upgrade on an external disk.

I have the same troubles between windows 7 and python .I have taken all the part from this site and python don t want to work. So i don t agree with you when you say that there no trouble

I have uninstall all the components from my computer after a lot of try to reinstall this program from your site.It doesn t work anymore,i m very angry because i was happy to play with others drivers on gt legends. I ll try later to reinstall your program but i m very disappointed see you later and good drive to all

there is no trouble with python and windows 7 indeed.

Perhaps there is trouble with your computer - read the whole thread - it was the hardware, so test your hardware first.

If its okay, there will be a problem with your software - there are some tipps in this thread.

I was going nuts, not being able to install python 2.7.anything in Win7 as administrator.

My solution was downloading and executing the entire altbierbude autoupdate installer "as administrator".

just to please you, I downloaded Python from this side and installed it as user. I've been asked for admin-rigths - I said yes and it works.

Accidently I made a fresh windows 7 (64) installation yesterday on my notebook, so I'm sure the problem is not windows 7.

Try to install as normal user (see above) - if it dosn't help there is a conflict with your windows-installation or all the other programs on your computer and python.

Hi i m back , thank you for your messages.I was a little bit angry because i was unable to solve the problem.Recently i take all the updates for windows 7 and it seems that python will work with my computer. Thanks a lot for your supports.I hope all will goes on , and see you next on tracks.
