Hi guys,

After installing the no-cd patch and the sounds fix, and joining the online lobby without any problemes, I get this message in all Bude servers (but also in gamerscrib):

"Game not available. Host might be running an updated or modified game."

Auto-updater says all is up to date...any ideas?

you can try to manually install the

"Altbierbuden Car Classes"

or chose reinstall in the command tab of the Altbierbuden Autoupdater.
I have the german version of the updater, so I can only guess that it's named reinstall.

Thxs for the tip, I'll try the reinstalation with updater. Its running as I write, I'll publish the result asap.

Btw, if i go for a clean install, what is the correct order and what must I install?

The reinstalation process with autoupdater fixed the problem.

HI - I just had the same problem and spent the last 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong.
After trying everything,I finally redownloaded/reinstalled the Python & Autoupdater.
The Autoupdater did a 'recheck' of my cars/tracks and everything was fine.So I was finally able to connect to the altbierbude.de servers on the lobby page.
Next I clicked on 'join' and it took me to the 'SELECT TEAMS' page.All fine and good.But then when I click on the 'select team' button in the lower right corner - the track will show up for a split second then I get the following:

'gtl has encountered a problem and needs to close'

This happens for single-player and multiplayer mode.I never got had this problem before so I'm beginning to wonder if it has something to do with the Altbierbuden Car Classes 'gizmo'??

I've tried with the disc (legit) and without the disc using the NO-CD patch.Same message.

I did notice that I now have the following included in my Teams list:

ABB TC65+,ABB GTC-TC65+,ABB GTC-TC76+,F1A Group5 & ETCC

They weren't there until I redid the Autoupdater an hour ago.

I've also noticed that next to my name in the 'players online' window of the Lobby it says:

<MAIN (ENG)>

yet everybody else has something like:

joeschmoe www1.altbierbuden.de

next to their name

how do I sign up for the www#.altbierbuden.de??

I dunno...I'm about to give up on the whole thing

Hi guys,

At this point, I would be so bold as to make a sugestion to those who are qualified to do it:

I think we should have a "sticky" thread, with detailed instructions, step by step, on how to install GTL, patches, autoupdater and the no-cd.
It would be much easier for all to find all the information in just one place, instead of having to search trough diferent threads, especially for those that are not so confortable with software.
