No needles on dashboard 15 Years, 10 Months ago  
In every car disappeared needles of speed, rev counter, etc...
Why happens such thing?

You can activate them by pressing "4" on the standard keyboard (not the number-pad)

Number 4.

The other numbers are also used for things like rear view mirrors, gear indicator etc., you can see it in the "options" menu.

Also make sure that you're running GTL in 32 bit
mode. Indicator needles and also the digital
counters don't work in 16 bit color mode.

It works in 32 bit, but no needles..

In the Options you can choose which keys do these tasks... maybe you have set it on a different key to '4'... mine is set for key 'D' for dials.

Ok, I chose 4 key for "indicatori" (dials).
It works!

If you haven't solved this yet (or to put an answer in for everyone)...open yourname.plr file with Notepad located drive:\GTL\Userdata\yourname folder

this file is updated when you leave GTL with the
last car/track and all options.

Sometimes, another mod you're running 'steals' the needles. Is this a mod car (add on) that it's happening in? If so, try running JUST that car and see if the needles come back.

Oh thank you....I have the same problem. /For ages now, but as it doesn´t have any influence on my (bad) driving performance I didn´t make any efforts to change it. I even did not recognize that there weren´t any needles My brother told me.
No needles on the dashboard. Yuppi - I´ll try out your solution. Hope, they´ll come back. thx.

PS. they´re missing in all cars.
