of course it's possible to create trackpacks too.

well, lucky you, I've been looking for that damn car pack all over the place and I simply can't find it. So every time I go to these servers, there's always one car missing in my garage. Would it not be easier to have one link where it says &quot;HERE IS ALL THE STUFF FOR BEGINNERS&quot; and there would be the HOLY SCRIPT.

With a little note saying: if you run the script and you still have a problem, search your harddisk for standalone cars or tracks. Maybe the script put them in a place that you don't know because I always seemed to miss a car and couldn't figure it out so I ditched the script, reloaded the python, reran the script and gave it a 2006 date, it has downloaded everything including the cars.

The bleedin script had put the tracks in the right folder but the cars went always missing somehow. I wonder in which folder they are hiding on my machine. I'll run a search now. Hence my advice: run the script, it does the job well, and if you can't find what you think you downloaded, search your hard disk, the tracks and cars are somewhere and you're ready to boogie.<br><br>Post edited by: juanito, at: 2007/05/05 23:27

so I've done all the right things and moves, reloaded the script and everything and still... today I went online and it was Hockenheim 99. I have downloaded this track, I have installed in its proper location and guess what? I'm told it's not installed. Maybe there are instructions somewhere on what I do wrong or I am simply too stupid to understand it, but all in all it starts to look as if this was quite complicated. A shame really, such good servers... and the beer apparently is fantastic. Ah well, I'll stay on tap water then. Have a nice day!

I have a long time a infinite loop problem. I was sure to do all things correctly. The solution was, 1 car was missing. Porsche 911 Miller. Why.

I made a mistake with the script. 1st time i installed and download all files i give a date of 01.06.2006. Date of Impressum of this page.
BUT : The Porsche 911 Miller was uploaded on 30.05.2006. 1 day before. So the script don´t download the &quot;Miller&quot;.

I download it manuel and since this time all works properly.

Maybe that´s the reason.

and again today. According to LIVE it was Loch Rannoch Short. I made sure it was installed, I checked it on offline play, did a lap there, I went online, tried to go on Loch Rannoch Short, bingo, &quot;track not installed&quot;. I don't mind, I think altbierbude is great, but couldn't something be done about this? It's a bit annoying in the end.

I've considered that it might be so that I tried to enter when the track was being changed. Could that be the case?
