The lobby appears to be down?

Any help in using Ip to get into tonights servers?

ip's are correct, but it look likes they are down at the moment. a few mins ago the where online, but can't reach them now

Gee is no Geeneeus and has the same problem.

I can't get on the Bude even with the the Anti-Deco patch. I have tried the IP addresses and nothing.

Think I'll do what the English do best ...go and make a cup of tea and cogitate, he he!

I followed suggestion for play without lobby, but dont' work.

if i understand it right , it doesn´t work with Vista.
But i´m not sure.
Maybe someone knows it better.

- did you start GTL by using the Icon "GTL antideco 1.0 for GTL" iinstead of you usual icon?

- did you follow the screenshots of Klaus?

- your firewall is opended for the script? (try to disable the fw temporary to check this won't cause the problems)

- your c:\windows\system32\driver\etc\host file isn't filled by a Spambot-protection?

Thanks for all your help and it looks like I can get on line now.

I followed the screen-shots of Klaus but because I cannot speak or write German I missed the bit which tells you about the "Minimalversion" file but I did do everything else.

Georg (Moorhuhn) sent me an e-mail explaining this and after downloading and pasting it in the correct folder it looks like my foot is ready to press down on the metal!

Hope to see you guys for more fun tonight ...yehawwwww!

Sorry for the missing how-to in English. The text was written in a hurry last time the lobby was gone and so it was the same how it is every time a problem is solved meanwhile...all of us missed to write a 2nd how-to in English...

So in case of problems of our interational members it would be great if you could give them a gelping hand in English.

How to get on-line (English version) by Gee of the Deeman.

1... Download the Anti-deconnexion patch from: http://www.altbierbude.de/component/ option,com_remository/Itemid,26/func,fileinfo/ id,505/lang,en/

2... Install this patch and when asked where then instruct it to go to your GTL folder.

3... Follow the pictures on Klaus's diagram: http://www.altbierbude.de/donate/dip.html

And see if this works for you.

If this does not work then do this:
A... Now download this 'Minimalversion' file: Minimalversion

B... Unzip the file and you will have a file called 'hosts'

C... Now locate: c:\windows\system32\driver\etc\hosts

D... save the file 'hosts' as a backup and keep safe.

E... Now overwrite the hosts file (at C) with the unzipped 'hosts' file (at B)

F... Now follow step 3 again and this should now work.

If you still have problems then please go over the instructions again and make sure you understand them.

If it still contains the line:

127.0.0.1 localhost www.gtl-server.net

Simply delete this line.
This is the redirection of the lobby to your own machine (for the script).+

Pls check by running:
"nslookup www.gtl-server.net" in a command windows (start/run/cmd) if the resolved address is 81.3.59.61 again and everything is running well ...
