Spa-Francorchamps 1988 was build from the scratch for rFactor by Carrera.4
who kindly gave me his permisson to convert all his current and upcomming tracks to all Simbin Platforms.
A very BIG "Thank you so much" for this kind offer!

The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps motor-racing circuit is the venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix,
and of the Spa 24 Hours and 1000 km Spa endurance races.

It is also home to the all Volkswagen club event, 25 Hours of Spa, run by the Uniroyal Fun Cup.
It is one of the most challenging race tracks in the world, mainly due to its fast, hilly and twisty nature.
Spa is a favourite circuit of many racing drivers and fans.

Ausgesprochen geile Version, die schönste die wir hier bisher haben, da vermisst man die "moderne" kaum! Vielen Dank Uwe!

Sehr schöne Strecke, aber könnte bitte jemand die aiw mal fixen?

Am Ende der Strecke, speziell in der Kurve "La Source" fährt die komplette KI immer in die rechte Leitplanke und beschädigt sich dadurch in jeder Runde ihr Fahrzeug. Da Gleiche gilt auch für die GTR2 Version auf der Pilsbierbude.

Wäre super, wenn dieser Bug noch beseitigt werden könnte.

dagegen gibt es aber doch ein ganz einfaches Mittel ... Onlinefahren statt Offlinefahren

With 88 version, maybe you can add a "semi-realistic" version. 79-80, the version without Busstop chicane http://www.racingcircuits.info/europe/belgium/spa- francorchamps.html#.VmsqCL9RK1x

Normaly on 79-80 layout, it is old stand and there isn't F1 pit. But just a new AIW will be great indeed

I thought to this layout is used by 24 hours of Spa 79-80 and DRM 80

What a nice site
While viewing the different Track-Layouts, i thaught that pre-WW2 (1921-1938) Variant looks nice.
But I don't know any details ... maybe its unsuitable for some reason.
