I get this popup window when I try to autoupdate, "Error[7]; Changed physics". In addition I am not able to get on line to join any game servers. I am able to get on line in single player mode to down load online setups. Any ideas? Thank you, jb

Oh, that`s easy. It`s because of changed physics in your otherwise wonderfull GTL installation. So something you`ve picked up is not entirely legal - Tires, Engines, Gearboxes the lot, may have been changed.

So if you wouldn`t mind head for a clean installation and then enjoy races on the bude.

I'm on my 5 or 6th clean install today. No joy. Log on window says "General Error". jb

Please describe the clean installation process in detail step-by-step - maybe we can find the problem in there.

Did you delete and then recreate your account?
What OS are you using?
What version of GTL?
Did you choose the "reinstall" option in the AltbierbudenAutoupdater?

Have you recently downloaded and put any other cars on your GTL install other than Altbierbude stuff?

If yes... then delete these files and try the game again.

Hi JBurrmiller,

the general error is something completely different to that ugly physics error and has to do with the login / connecting process in general.

After you`ve installed all the Bude files, reactivate your account. This might be necessary because there is a new lobby.

First delete your old account (same process as creating a new one, but instead of the PW you type in DELETE_ACCOUNT). Then create a new one with the same name. That should work.

Hope this was helpfull - otherwise I would recommend yout to search the forum about this error.
