When I try to run the autoupdater I get an error
Error 7 Changed Physics
What does this mean?

I got same error since lobby has back online,i didnt change anything to my hole game except WHEELS VISIBLE IN COCPIT set from 0 to 1.I already was got this error last month but it repairs itself after hiting 2-3x update button,but now it wont work  i even reinstaled all ABB updates using comand->reinstal...but no go |

Got the same problem.
Pressed the clean up button of the updater, since then i have the changed physics error, and some tracks are brocken!

I have not loaded anything in weeks. I definitely did not alter any cars. All cars I have are from here or No Grip... but I did upload new versions of the 911s and bmw 2800cs...(from No Grip) could that be it?

I dont use a crack code either....got the cd in the drive right now...stays there all the time

I have got the same problem, but I have installed BMW CSL Gr.5 from GTR4U after to have downloaded the csl2800 mod from NoGrip.
NEVER changed the physics (i'm not able to do, and i'm not intrested in), the dvd is always in, no visible wheels in cockpit.
EDIT:
Sorry, i read now your answer to Ummagumma about the same problem.
probably i have installed something with modified physics without my knowledge

Please, check out, if your HDD-letter of your Altbierbude-archive has changed to a different name/letter, you gave it at the first time.
It must always be the same.

Ep my problem?
That's a mistake by myself. You got this message when you haven't all write permissions. But you don't need all to write files into a directory - just some of them.
I have fixed it some minutes ago (hopefully). Happy downloading

Uninstall Python and al files of the Autoupdater and try to reinstall it completely.
I think, there happened something i your system to break the Updater.
We never had a user, where it did not run.
