welcome aboard. GTL is still running as you can see via the regular races here at the Altbierbude.


To get things going just follow carefully the instructions found here: http://wiki.bierbuden.de/GTLInstallation

Important: In order to have fun on our Servers, please use a clean installation of GTL with no other addons installed.


If the need arises you can join via Teamspeak to sort things out.

Me presento. Mi nombre es Luis. Estoy bajando el autoupdater y estoy tratando de que termine de bajar toda ( conexion mala calidad + cuarentena = terrible). Yo compre en steam el GTL, y luego lo instale separadao para updatearlo con el patch 10 aniversario. Luego supe de este portal, y cuando termine de updatear el juego quiero saber como unirme a una sesión. Necesito instrucciones parar correr online.


Como se dice en mi pais, instrucciones apt (a prueba de tontos).

Hola Luis y bienvenido a nuestra casa. Ya que nuestros conductores españoles aparentemente no leyeron esto, probaré con un manual, que va al traductor después.
Así que, después de la instalación de GTL mueves o copias el directorio completo en otro lugar, por ejemplo en C:/.
Entonces descarga e instala el parche de GTL 1.1 aquí. http://www.altbierbude.de/component/ option,com_remository/Itemid,26/func,fileinfo/ id,796/lang,de/
Después necesitas nuestro Autoactualizador, que puedes encontrar aquí --> http://www.altbierbude.de/component/ option,com_remository/Itemid,26/func,fileinfo/ id,650/lang,de/

Durante la instalación, seleccione sólo ABB y Python, ¡deseleccione todo lo demás! Cuando el actualizador haya descargado e instalado los 35 GB, sólo tienes que crear una cuenta en el vestíbulo con nosotros.

No, you can pick any car in the list per class and race it (one time per season), no need to register before race. On raceday you can still change car in practice and qualy if you want. Some people prepare the whole season and make their choice of car for every track early but some hardly practice and see what car they use on race day in the evenning.
I don't practice a lot but when on track I kind of feel what car would be nice and stick with that one without thinking if I might need it on a better track.
So, all is good but a bit of practice is advised of course.

I went for a run to Hockenhaim today, but they doubled my suspension on the first corner. I imagine it must be a way to welcome me here (hahaha)! Anyway, I had not had very good times in the qualy, so I was going to end up being a hindrance on the track. In the end, I worked as a track engineer for the TS! See you soon

That wasn't me. I halved your suspension and it was in turn 2. Sorry about that.
