Autoupdate stopped 5 Years, 1 Month ago

Hello everybody,
I come from pielsbierbude to discover GTL a bit.
Autoupdate crashed and I don't understand why.
He still loaded over 1,200 cars.
Does anyone have an idea?

first of all a warm welcome to the altbierbude.
Of course, more than 1200 vehicles are downloaded. There are (as of today) 3341 cars on the altbierbude.
Along with the (693) tracks it's about 43GB of data.
Depending on how fast you download the data, this can take several hours.
If the autoupdater should really hang up, then simply close it (if possible using the large exit button). At the next start, after a check, it continues where it left off.
Practice a little patience. The first installation takes a while.

kann da mal jemand schauen was da falsch läuft?

I have also tried to manually download some files but server don't retrieve anything...i have tested different browsers and browser settings without result 
Any help? thanks!

Hi,
after several years away I'm trying to update my GTL install, and my autoupdater is also stuck.
At first (two days ago) it seemed that it was working: I have some files partially downloaded. Yesterday, or this morning, when I tried to resume, no update: I wasn't asked for a download ticket, the updater added many files to the download list, but everything is frozen.
There is no P2P download anymore ?
(looking at my router stats, it seems the port forwarding works, I have many connections requests to the altbierbude server on port 2811, all of them "UNREPLIED".)

Good morning,
the p2p has crashed. Should work again now and p2p is still there. The speed always depends on how many other users are actively running their updater. And that can be at 9 o'clock in the morning already a few...
