Hi,

after couple of weeks the yearly Ice Racing event is held in the center of my home town.

The event is held at a small sports stadium (350 m track) where there is an ice skating arena in winter.

It is very rare that such motorsport events are held in the center of any city nowadays and I think the only reason they let it to be arranged is that it has already a history of several decades.

There are always several hundred spectators - as many as there just can see anything!

Many of the cars there are from 60's and 70's.

Looks pretty funny. Must be hard to drive with these old rally cars.
But I can understand you, its fun to watch. Like motobike speedway-racing, but with cars.
