Hello racers,
because not anyone knows how to connect to the teamspeak server without the homepage, you can use one of the following solutions:

Start teamspeak with desktop link
Create a new link on your desktop and enter the following url:
teamspeak://213.165.83.60:8767/? loginname=myLoginname?password=myPassword? nickname=myNickname
Change parameters for loginname, password and nickname with your settings.

Add teamspeak server to your TS address book
Start the teamspeak application and select Connection-Connect in the menu. Add a new server to your local address book (right mouse button - Add Server) and enter the following settings:
Label: Altbierbude
Server Address: 213.165.83.60:8767
Nickname: myNickname
Option Registered
Login Name: myLoginname
User Password: myPassword
Activate Auto-Reconnect.
Replace myLoginname, myPassword und myNickname with your settings.

Anyone who didn't know his settings can look up those on the Altbierbude homepage. When you move your mouse arrow over the Connect(Verbinden)-Button on the teamspeak panel, the browser shows the linked url with your settings in the status bar. In addition to that you can search for 'teamspeak:' in the html source code of the page.
