                      Python crashes after quitting autoupdate 12 Years, 3 Months ago  
                      Hi all.

                      every time I exit from Autoupdater, my Python (v. 2.7.2) crashes with the following standard XP messsage:



                      Can I update to the latest Python 2.7.5/wxpython 2.9.5.0, or does autoupdate need exactly the versions that came with it?

                      Ok, I upgraded to latest python 2.7.5 (so I confirm it works), then reinstalled the wxpython version that came with Autoupdater (wxPython2.8-win32-unicode-2.8.12.1-py27.exe), and now everything works again!

                      It also solved the mess I made somehow in my firewall, re-enabling the download (it had stopped working - it works now!).
