Der Sonntagabend wird ein Gemetzel. Ich empfehle mit echtem Sturzhelm oder zumindest einem Fahrradhelm und Handschuhen am PC zu sitzen...

the run is shorter this time because of the fuel consumption. Also means only 1x or 2x refuelling. With 2 or 3x refuelling we would have to drive at least 2.5 h
60 Laps should be 105 min

Far from wanting to be complaining, it was not (like other acts in the forum) more than another mere way of trying to help, even if it is not understood in that way. You see my input or shared words the easiest way, but not the correct way.

PD: You have named 1 of the only two good things that my car has: security and strength. (You see the easiest way again ) But I love pontiac monsterbird.

I have driven the monsterbird myself (ETCC 8), so I can tell the flaws of that car quite well.

The cars in ETCC have different fuel-loads, Topspeeds, accelleration and consumption ratio on fuel and tires.
All you can do, is try to compensate that thru serversettings and racelength.
Most cars with lower fuel consumption are much slower, than the firebird.
Exept Manfred ofc ... no matter the car, he is fast

Driving a slower car, you will learn to hate LeMans ... a very fine track for the firebird (imo).

All cars have specific advantages AND disadvantages. The only way to cope with that, is Indy-Style Racing ... with all drivers driving the same car.

But thats not an ETCC then ...

Since the very start of this season, i know, that there is only one chance for the Nissan ... drive as fast as you can AND rely on the fact, that you'll need minus one pitstop
But that wasn't enough, so I went into tire-poker too (watch my last few laps on RSP ... that was no good idea there).
It is not your car ... it's mine ... the low fuel and tire consumption are the only advanages of it.

I hope you will not loose a lot of parts on your firebird ... monaco is very tight with a car like that

Schau dir mal an, was die KI in Monaco anstellt ... da gibts in jeder engeren Kurve den Mega-Stau und es geht elend lange nicht weiter.

Bis sich das Feld aufgelockert hat, hat die Führungsgruppe schon ne ganze Runde Vorsprung ... die sind die einzigen, die nicht an regelmäßiger "Blechverstopfung" leiden

Nach der Erfahrung war ich richtig froh, dass die Budisten das besser hinkriegen (schlechter geht auch kaum).

da Monaco anscheinend selten oder sogar zum ersten Mal hier gefahren wird hat anlässlich des Fühlingsfests in Menton auch eine Streckeninspektion in Monaco stattgefunden. Wie ihr sehen könnt war das Wetter diesmal einzigartig an der Côte d'Azur zu Frühjarsbeginn , weshalb die Inspektion nur stichprobenartig erfolgte. Der Straßenzustand war i.d. R. positiv, Absperrungen fehlten natürlich noch und die Boxenanlage war verwaist. Bis zum Rennbeginn sollte aber alles fertig sein auf den Bildern kann man erkennen wie eng es zugehen wird.

Hier die die 180° Kehre vor dem ehemaligen Grand Hotel und darüber die Anfahrt dazu.

autsch ... was für ein Rennen ...

Die erste Hälfte ging sehr gut und ich arbeitete mich bis zum 1. Stop bis auf P5 oder P6 vor.
Alles recht entspannt und ohne seltsame "Dinge".

nach dem Stop stand dann TB beim Casino quer und ich konnte ihm leider nicht mehr ausweichen ... was dann kam, war die Hölle pur.

Lenkung schräg (ca. 13:30) ... naja, Vorderräder dann wohl auch, und der Frontspoiler war wohl auch weg ... ab ca. Runde 45 wollte die Kiste dann nur noch unfreiwillig ihren Vorderädern durch die Kurven folgen.

Das, und die ständigen Überrundungen führten zu Rundenzeiten oberhalb der 1:50 ... und als das Rennen dann endlich in Runde 58 auch für mich zuende war, sah ich im XD-Tool für den linken Vorderreifen einen Abrieb-Wert von 34,8 ... im Bild war statt dem Reifen nur noch ein gaaaaaaaaanz dünner knallroter Strich zu sehen.

Bei der zweten Rennhälfte bin ich tatsächlich froh, noch auf P11 gelandet zu sein .... sorry ans Team, die zweite Überrundung hätte nicht sein müssen ... aber ich dachte mir, dass ich lieber eine zweite Überrundung in Kauf nehme, als in Runde 59 mit einem Reifenplatzer iorgendwo in die Mauer zu krachen (ich war mir echt unsicher, ob der Reifen noch ne Runde schafft).

Aber bis zur Mitte hats echt Spass gemacht ... danach dann nicht mehr so ...

Sauber auf P1, guter Lauf. Erste Überrundung steht an und Makumba knallt über die Curbs und ich ab in die Mauer P2, danach 50 Runden mit kaputter Lenkung 1/4 verdreht. Davon dann noch 4 x. Von P7 oder 8 bis auf P2 wieder vogearbeitet und Drocker zieht in der letzten Runde voll in meine Fahrbahn und lässt mich auflaufen. Dreher Dirk kommt vorbei also auf P3 geendet. Das hätte besser sein können P1 hätte drin sein müssen. Aber auch so mit P3 zufrieden auf dem Schlachtfeld De Monaco.

War leider dermaßen mit meinem Resthaufen-Mazda beaschäftigt, dass Ich nicht mehr mitbekommen habe, dass Du und Dirk so schnell näher kamen.
Der Schwenker zur Mitte war keine Absicht, sondern leider eine nebenwirkung des komplett zerstörten Mazdas.

Wie ist zur Zeit der Schrottpreis für Mischschrott.

Superfahrt bis.....

Schlechter Qualy. Guter Start, nur Hausmeister kam vorbei aber schnell machte er ein Fehler.
Platz 4 war meiner und Ich verfolgte Miki, herakules und Droker auf einige Abstand.
Dann an Droker vorbei als er sich drehte, PLatz3!
Miki hatte Pech, Platz 2! Dann, laaaaaaange hinter herakules, nur 1,5 Sekunde und Ich machte kein Fehler, wollte nur folgen. Mazda wurde keine Reifebn wechseln also was mache Ich. Nach 22 Runden nur Sprit und immer hinter herakules aber dann am Ende der 2en Stint waren die Reifen zu alt um bei ihn zu bleiben und Ich nahm neue mit noch 22 Runden......
Ich hoffte dann am Ende noch naeher zu kommen. Gerade vor Dirk wieder raus und dann jagen!
Aber dann, Miki kam aus der Box und Ich wollte unbedingt vorbei vor Kurve 1. Warum weiss Ich immer noch nicht!
Er war schneller aber machte auch Fehler also hatte Ich da niks zu suchen!
Viel zu spaet gebremst und hart in REifen geknallt......Motor kaputt!!
SO EINE UNGLAUBLICHE DUMMHEIT!!!!
Schaeme mich fuer's Team, sorry Jungs.
herakules gewann das Rennen, sehr gut! Aber wenn, wann, vielleicht....das hatte noch so spannend sein koennen!

Dirkie kam dann noch gut an. Bin gespannt was auf andere Server ging.....
