cant download anything 4 Years, 5 Months ago

Hi sorry for the noob problem, but I cant download anything from this site, I've tried everything including changing my explorer from google chrome to fire fox and microsoft edge no difference it just brings up a (about blank) page which i don't understand, I've tried to find any info on the problem online and in this forum but i cant, could anyone please help also I had talk talk protection on but have switched it off tried downloading from racedepartment and it worked fine so strange I had a account on here years ago which worked fine thanks happy racing

Hallo.
Bei mir läuft der Updater nur noch auf max 10kb/s.
Wo kann ich ansetzen, damit es wieder normal läuft?
Habs schon mit ausgeschaltetem Avast versucht.
