A few weeks ago I saw 'Raleigh Park Figure 8' track on the NoGrip site so I downloaded it and four of us gave it a try and it was damn right silly fun as it is actually a crossover in the middle so you can crash into each other .

Would any drivers like a few hours mad mad driving on this track? Race to the death ...A demolition race!

It will not matter how good or bad a driver you are or how drunk or sober you may be, it will just be in the lap of the Gods!

We could all use Falcons & Mustangs and just run riot!

i dont think that the track supports the original idea of gt legends, but if it was availible on the bude, i would defenetliy click it!!!
reminds me at ps destruction derby times!

I agree that it is not a GTL track and therefore should not be considered to put on the Bude 'Download Script'. In no way should it be a regular track ...but, what I am suggesting is that we just indulge ourselves in a really mad, silly, daft, stupid funny,motor bashing,car stopping night sometime just for a real change.

It will do us all good to have a real good laugh together where crashing is legal just for once. If enough drivers want to do this then the Admin guys may put a server or two on depending on demand but for one time only.

i'd really like to join you for that event. unfortunately, i spend more time reading the bude-news than driving online, so i assume i won't have time to join you anyway. ... if i have time (which i doubt), i am in.
still, it's a great idea. i would also like one day an event like that at RoskildeRing. since pit-stops are difficult to realize there, a destruction-race might be fun. and for once: 'wreckers welcome '

Great idea, Gee. It would be nice to get a bit naughty. Last-man-standing kind of race. We had great fun the first time. As we are gentlemens on all other bude-tracks, it could be fun to just be a brat for once.

A complete hour of practice and another one for qualify doesn't make that much sense this time in my humble opinion.
I guess we need to change our "racing mode" this time somehow for that "special event", don't we?

So what you're all thinking about this proposal for the "struggle at eight":


- 2 servers will be started at 20:00 with 10Min qualify no practice and 20 laps for the race

- First server is running FordMustang vs. Shelby350GT, 2nd server is running Abarth vs. the small lotus.

- Endless “last man standing”-races (until nobody likes an additional one)

- Forget about our “holy rules” this time, winner is who’s finally driving, every dirty trick is welcome

- No result’s in the Event-Section of the website this time because we’ll go for it several times


Just my 2cents, any kind of improvements/opinions welcome!

We all need reminding now and again of what you grand fellows do and it is so easy for me just to say thank you while you all do the hard work.

I would say that your appraisal of the race format sounds good as we want to crash and burn not try and qualify. It would probably be almost impossible to qualify anyway ...maybe that could be a different event ...see who the first to qualify is, he he.

2 servers with 2 differing sizes of cars should suit most drivers tastes and saloons fit the race rather than sports cars.

A big thank you to Uwe and all you drivers for supporting this idea.

That´s it. I like to take part, of course. Hope the dirty trick´s I´ve learned in my NFS MW career would help more than my actually horrible driving practice in GTL and the Mustang is as stable as in NFS or Juiced. *gggg

Hope not to miss the event and my motto for it:

"Eat this!!!!".

tried to race on Raleigh, but I and Trammo couldn´´t get on track.
There was only a black screen.
It worked only once.
Now Trammo and dirtyfvr are shown on the ticker, but the´re not there.
