Ferrari 365GTB/4

The automotive world in the second half of the 1960s was awash in midengine mania, thanks in great measure to Lamborghini’s 170-mph Miura, introduced in 1966. Conventional wisdom held that Ferrari would respond with a midengine 12-cylinder car. The Daytona story begins in 1966, when Pininfarina designer Leonardo Fioravanti laid eyes on a naked 330 GTC chassis. Fioravanti put pen to paper and presented his renderings to Sergio Pininfarina, whose entreaties to Ferrari to build a midengine V-12 model had been continuously rebuffed. When he saw Fioravanti’s stunning proposal for a new front-engine design, he accepted it warmly.
The production car’s V-12 displaced 4.4-liters had four overhead cams. It was crowned by six downdraft Weber carburetors. The lubrication system featured a dry-sump oiling system. Quoted horsepower was 352 at a heady 7500 rpm.
The Daytona bowed at the 1968 Paris Auto Show. It formally was the Ferrari 365 GTB/4: 365 being the size of one cylinder in cubic centimeters, 4 referring to the engine’s four cams. But Ferrari also referred to the car as the Daytona, in commemoration of the marque’s 1-2-3 sweep at Florida’s famed 24-hour sports-car race in 1967. The Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona also marked another Maranello milestone: It turned out to be the last model made by Ferrari before Enzo sold his company to Fiat in June 1969.

Attention: This mod is only unofficially released via the BLT community assisted release program at trackaholics for GTR2!

Changes compared to the original GTR2 mod: Tank volume increased to 125L to fit in our Div.1
Fuel consumption of the engine increased and adapted to our Div.1.
Fuel gauge in the car and in the hud calibrated to new fuel capacity.
Because the original sounds from jandri were not available, we used the deepstrike sounds from a 2012 mod "Ferrari 365 GTB/4 "Daytona".

Absolut Superauto!!!

Gross und schwer aber mit Superhändling!
Passt auf Hungaro genau so wie auf Monza60.
......Targa....Man.....Nordschleife........den fahre Ich selbst in Monaco!

So ein Traumauto! 1974 oder so; Regazzoni fährt mit ein Gast im 365 Daytona von Lugano nach Monza , Vollgas! Bei dem GRenz verzögert er nicht und schreit durch das offene Fenster zum Beambte; "Regazzoni. Monza!" . So ein Auto ist das, fuhr die alte GT Fahrer. Superhändling und quer und gerade zu fahren! Hut ab!!! Sehr nett das ihr da wieder ein Auto gebaut habt das für Anfaenger und Aces zu fahren ist! Brickyard forever!

Kann an der Strecke liegen aber;
In Hungaroring gibt die Garage halb die Runden an als im Auto/XD die mann mit gewisse Benzin fahren kann.

Ein großes Dankeschön an die Beteiligten, die den Wagen für GTL und insbesondere für die Bude in dieser guten Quali ermöglicht haben.
Für mich ist der 365 DAS absolute most wanted Auto für GTL gewesen.
Noch nicht mal unbedingt um den selber zu fahren, er fehlte einfach sowas von im Bild der großen Klasse.

Schön das unsere Favoriten früh oder später auf ABB kommen oder?
Ich bin mit dem RSR schon lange zufrieden aber da kommen immer noch tolle Fahrzeuge dazu wie Dolomite, Anglia, 917, dieser Ferrari uzw.

Ich hoffe das der 917K/L 1970 und Ferrari 512S/L noch mal überarbeitet wird sodas wir die auch fabnren können.
